Least favorite Pale Ale

I bought a 6 pack of Fire Rock Pale Ale and it is the first Pale Ale that I really don't like so much. In fact I think I like it less than Saranac Pale Ale. Maybe it is because it is brewed in Hawaii. How do you get good hops in Hawaii?

Aetna Managed Choice® POS network SUCKS!

I am so freaking frustrated at my health insurance. My company carries Aetna Managed Choice® POS and their network has gotten progressively worse. When we first picked up Aetna about a year ago it seemed that most all of my employees primary care physicians were in-network. Not so any more.

There are only two (count 'em - two) urgent care facilities in our county (that I can find) and one of them used to be in network. Now neither of them are in network. My cardiologist that I have used for the past ten years is not in network!

Something has to be done about our health care system. I don't know if Obama has the answers but something has to change.
